How would you describe the band?
It's a mix between Ian's energetic rap style and Close to Infinity's floaty alternative rock
We met through a shared rehearsal room. Close to Infinity practices in the same room as Horror Dance Squad (Ian's main band).
We started working on 'Sounds Like Home' last Summer and when it was time to submit to Eesti Laul we thought, well, why the hell not, let's give it a try. Receiving that phone call was a very pleasant surprise for us.
Photo: ETV“Sounds like home” is the title of your song, what’s the story behind it?
The song it about home and it is opened up by the story of Ian moving to Estonia from USA to reconnect with his roots.
Home, Estonia, energetic and positive
See how Eesti Laul 2017 turns out for us and then we are thinking about doing some more songs together with Ian.
