A Dal 2018 is starting this saturday and we have an interview with one of my favorite acts from the 1st live show, here are Ceasefire Xs answers:

The little beary guy, who can sing.

You are one of the participants of A Dal 2018. How did it all begin?
I wrote a song.

“Satellites” is the title of your song, what’s the story behind it?
That song was inspired by my grandma. As it was written in the lyrics everybody has people in their life, who are next to them in good and bad, but we could lose this people. If we fill the space behind them with good memories we can live the future easier and happier.

Describe the song with 4 words:
Love, lost, memories, future

What can we expect to see on stage for the performance?
A simple stage view with two dancers and me.

Have you heard any of the other songs in the competition (A Dal 18)? Any favorite?
Yess, I heard all of them and my favorite is the yesyes's song

What do you like about Eurovision?
That's a good opportunity for unknown artists to show their country, their words, their thoughts and their feelings with a song.

What do you dislike about Eurovision?
I can not say anything yet.

I have no filter, I love to be myself and feeling free.

You are one of the participants of Destination Eurovision 2018. How did it all begin?
I heard people were interested in my songs. They offered me the opportunity to join the show and who knows represent France for Eurovision Contest. I was working on my track « Là Haut » and I felt that it could be a good idea to represent France with a track that talks about love and sincerity…even more for this kind of contest.

“Là-haut” is the title of your song, what’s the story behind it?
The story of a guy who is listening to his heart. When love goes deeper in yourself.

Love - True - High - Sensations

What can we expect to see on stage for the performance?
Sincerity 

What do you like about Eurovision?
Exchange between countries. A good picture of different cultures, and see it through music and sharing 

What do you dislike about Eurovision?
The duration of the tv show :)

My album will be out around April, and making a lot of gigs !!!

What is the strangest thing you have in your room? The strangest thing? Maybe an alien statue
What are you really good at? Maybe singing, songwritting and to ask me questions all the time :)
What are you really bad at? Cooking, I hate that but I love food :) And maybe to make a choregraphy :)

How would you describe yourself as an artist?
I'm a singer and songwritter, I play the guitar. My music is pop/electro and I sing in french and english. I love to speak about love, my travels, about life. I'm honest and simple.

You are one of the participants of Destination Eurovision 2018. How did it all begin?
My manager asked me to participate and I took the chance and I'm very happy to have done it

“Same” is the title of your song, and it’s written by you, François Welgryn and Antoine Essertier. How was it to work with them?
It was very easy, simple and it's very important to understand everybody. 

What’s the story behind the song?
This song talks about bad love, frustration and lassitude. Sometimes you stay with someone because you are afraid to be alone.

What can we expect to see on stage for the performance?
My world, my universe. When I sing I feel like I'm living inside a bubble. Ahhaa you will see that :) I've worked a lot for the staging

Albania 2018: Eugent Bushpepa

Last night we got our first entry for Eurovision 2018, Eugent Bushpepa was the winner of Festivali I Këngës 56 and here the song that got him the right to represent Albania in Lisbon:

I'll start by saying that I really like Eugent, he and Rovena were my favorites in my first FiK experience back them in 2008 and I fell in love with his voice once again this year when I heard "Mall" for the first time. Everything about this entry is pretty good and I hope he gets to be the 1st Albanian male artist to qualify to the final. Go Eugent.

Mariza has such an special voice and the song grew on me so much that I think it might end up as my fav from this years FiK.
